VirtualDrive Pro

With VirtualDrive Pro, you get all the functionality you would need for managing your CDs, DVDs, and disk images. Use the application to create copies of your disks for backup purposes – in case something happens, you have the backup. Use the application to burn data onto CDs or DVDs – thus clearing space on your HDD for more important things. Use the application to create images from your disks and to load images onto virtual drives – thus doing away with the need for physical CDs or DVDs.

You can install VirtualDrive Pro on anything from Window 2000 up to Windows 8. To do so, you will have to go through a standard 3-step installation process: download an executable (it’s little over 28MB), run the executable, follow the onscreen instructions presented by a setup wizard.

By default, VirtualDrive Pro uses the Cover view, meaning that the main part of the interface is taken up by the custom cover you create for your virtual CD. From the Views menu you can switch to Large Icons, Small Icons, and Details view. No matter which type of view you choose, one thing remains unchanged: VirtualDrive Pro interface is very easy to use.

And speaking about ease of use, taking advantage of the functionality VirtualDrive Pro has to offer is made even easier by the inclusion of wizards. There’s a wizard for creating a virtual CD, DVD, or Blu-ray disc, wizard for burning an image, a clone wizard, and an erase wizard. You have a trial period of 14 days to use these wizards and enjoy VirtualDrive Pro’s functionality for free. You will need to get a license to keep using VirtualDrive Pro once this evaluation period is over.
